Taylor Cortright
Dr. Taylor Cortright
Taylor Cortright is a doctor of physical therapy, strength coach and integrative nutrition health coach who started her journey with rehabilitation and performance training while competing on the USA National Luge team. During her time at the Olympic Training Center, she was able to see how training her body through both movement and nutrition allowed her to not only feel her best but also excel in other sports she was participating in. Taylor attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees and has been working in Western, NY since 2017 in the outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting. Taylor grew up in Amherst, NY, where she now lives with her husband, son and 2 cats, and is thrilled to be able to do what she loves in her hometown (Go Bills!).
Taylor has a strong passion for health and wellness and believes everyone has the ability to feel their very best. She believes optimal performance should be simple and attainable which is why she is dedicated to constantly learning and improving her knowledge base to better serve the needs of her patients. Although Luge and recreational sports are a thing of the past, she loves staying competitive through running. Her own pregnancy/postpartum return to run journey has inspired her to delve deeper into how to best serve the postpartum population as they return to physical activity.

Leah Camposeo
Dr. Leah Camposeo
Leah is a Buffalo native and graduated from University at Buffalo as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010. After graduation she worked as a PT in Fort Lauderdale Fl, and Greenport, NY before returning to Buffalo. Leah has worked in a variety of PT settings throughout her career, before ultimately finding her niche in pelvic floor therapy. She was trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the NASM. Leah is a mom of two with a passion for fitness and running.
Through personal experiences and professional friendships, she began to see a disconnect between the availability of resources for women as they strive to integrate exercise into a healthy and active pregnancy and postpartum lifestyle. This led Leah to further become certified as a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES). Leah has a passion for learning and is constantly taking courses and seeking out new techniques in the rapidly growing field of pelvic floor therapy. Leah loves educating and brining awareness to the community about pelvic floor dysfunctions and how these previously considered “taboo” issues no longer need to be considered normal. In her personal life, Leah loves traveling with her family, dining out, running, and working out. Leah lives in the Elmwood Village with her husband, 2 kids, golden retriever and cat.
